Templates make it fast and easy to create projects. By using these templates, you can also follow our suggested ways of tracking your work easily, and further customize the projects to match your team’s needs. 


A quick guide to adding seeded templates to your projects

These steps are applicable in case you are a new user

  • Login into your account 

  • Choose if you want to create a business project or a software project, or you can also opt for one of the existing templates that suits your team the best


Note: In case you’re an existing customer who wants to use a template for your project. Please create a new project and it will lead you to this window below. 


Let's take an example of a staffing firm which needs to mange their existing HR projects


1. Choose your template

   Click the built-in template which says “ Human Resource” for example


2. Browse templates


      Choose the most applicable template within the varied options that are offered.


3. Click on use template


Take a look at a preview template to see what it looks like and how you could use it. Then, click Use Template when you’re ready to create it.




4. Edit project details

Next, you have the option to rename the template and add a description of the project in a nutshell. You can share the project with your team, or make it private to project members. Click ‘Next’ when you’re finished. Initially, you may want to make the project private so you can customize it to best fit your workflow before making it public to the team.





5. Invite project Members


Invite all the project members and add them to your project. Add their mail address to do the same. Click finish when you’re all set.




6. Start working on your project right away as the data gets populated automatically




Note : The template tasks in the project represent suggestions and placeholders to give you an idea of how to use the project. You can edit the tasks and filters as needed to make this project fit your needs.
