The syntax for the file name of a scheduled widget or report is <widget_name_or_report_name>_<metric_name>_<timestamp_of_report_generation>. The total length of the scheduled widget or report file name that arrives by email can only be up to 56 characters. If your widget, report, or metric has a lengthy name, then it's possible that the file name is trimmed from the end and hence the date doesn't figure in it.
For example, a CSV report generated at 11.30 hours on 31 December, 2023 for the metric 'Metric 1' in a widget 'Widget 1' will have the file name as 'widget_1_metric_1_2023_12_31_1130.csv.
However, a CSV report generated at 11.30 hours on 31 December, 2023 for the metric 'Unresolved tickets in business hours' in a widget 'Number of unresolved tickets in the organization' will be generated as 'number_of_unresolved_tickets_in_the_organization_unr.csv.
If you want to include the timestamp of the report in the file name, please ensure that your report, widget, and metric names are shorter, such that the overall file name is within 56 characters.
