No, currently freshrelease doesn't have support for custom roles. It has few default roles that we believe to be enough for teams to get started with product but we will soon add support for this.
Some of the default roles that are supported today,
1. Account admin - there can be multiple account admins
2. Project admin - there can be multiple project admins
3. Project member - this goes without saying, there can be multiple project members.
